Description

A Gantt-style spreadsheet for mapping a campaign from kick-off to evaluation. Thirteen weeks by default, with activity rows grouped by channel: press, digital, social, content, events, internal. Useful when you need several people or teams working from the same plan. Comes as an Excel file and a PDF.

How to use this

Replace the week numbers in row 6 with your actual calendar dates. Type the Monday of each week, for example “7 Apr”. Add or remove columns if your campaign is shorter or longer than thirteen weeks.

The activity rows are grouped by channel. Add rows within each group for your specific tasks, and delete any groups that do not apply to your campaign.

Mark when each activity happens by filling cells with colour from the key in the How to use tab, or by typing a short label like “draft” or “live”. Both work fine.

The Status column on the right is optional but useful for progress updates in team meetings.

What’s included

  • Editable Excel workbook (.xlsx) with 13-week Gantt chart
  • PDF reference version

Who it’s for

Campaign managers and communications teams who need to coordinate activity across multiple channels and keep everyone clear on timing.

Before you download

  • The planner covers 13 weeks by default. Add or remove columns if your campaign is shorter or longer.
  • After downloading, you will find both files in your account.
  • You are getting a licence to use this and adapt it for your own work. You cannot sell, redistribute, or share it with others.
