How to use this

Open the How to use tab first. It explains each sheet and what it is for.

The sheets work in sequence: Overview (your campaign timeline), Key Messages, Social Media Content, and Reporting. You do not have to use all of them, but they are designed to work together.

The Overview sheet is a Gantt-style planner. Fill in the activity rows, then mark when each one happens by filling cells with colour or typing a short label. No formula magic here. It is a planning tool, not a project management system.

The Social Media Content sheet has a character count formula that updates as you type copy. The Reporting sheet pulls totals from there, so do not rename that tab.

Copy this file for each new campaign. You will want the original as a reference when planning the next one.
