\n- Self-development.\u00a0<\/strong>Some 39% of survey respondents said having the time to work on self-development, from career-related initiatives to personal goals, was a big draw to working as a freelancer.<\/li>\n
- No dressing up for work<\/strong>.\u00a0Every day is \u201ccasual Friday\u201d if you work from home. FlexJobs\u2019 survey showed that\u00a038% of people who responded placed a high value on being able to \u201cdress down\u201d every day while working as a freelancer.<\/li>\n
