Weekly planning template

$0.00

A structured template for planning your working week, tracking your time allocation, and running a Friday review.

Description

A weekly planning template covering Monday priorities, time block allocation, a mid-week check-in, and a Friday review. It is a structure for the week, not a productivity system.

What’s included

  • CSV template file (opens in Google Sheets or Excel)
  • Weekly priority planning section by client and project
  • Time block allocation for the week
  • Mid-week check-in prompt and Friday review framework

Who it’s for

Useful if your weeks disappear without making progress on the things that matter most, or if you are reactive by nature and want a simple structure without a complicated system. Not useful if your work is genuinely unpredictable and cannot be planned in advance, or if you already plan your weeks consistently and the problem is something else.

If it works

If you fill in the Monday priorities before opening your email, your day is shaped by your own agenda rather than other people’s. The Friday review takes ten minutes and is the most important part of the template: it closes the week and prevents the same problems recurring the following week.

A planning template does not create more hours. It helps you use the ones you have more deliberately. If the problem is genuinely too much work and not enough time, planning more carefully will not solve it.
