A tracker for managing LinkedIn relationships used for business development. It is a spreadsheet, not a CRM. It covers who you have been in contact with, when, and what needs to happen next.

Who it’s for

Useful if you are using LinkedIn for business development but relationships are slipping because you have no system for staying in touch. Not useful if you are not yet active on LinkedIn or if you do not have existing relationships worth maintaining. This organises contacts you already have; it does not help you make new ones.

If it works

If you update it after every meaningful interaction and review it weekly, you will follow up more consistently than you do now. Consistent follow-up is what converts warm contacts into conversations, and conversations into work.

The tracker will not make your messages more interesting or your offer more relevant. Those things determine whether follow-up actually leads anywhere.
