Who it’s for
Useful if you find client conflict stressful and tend to either avoid it or handle it in ways you later regret. The templates give you a starting point that is professional and direct without being aggressive. Not useful if the relationship has already broken down irreparably, at that point the conversation is about exit, not management.
If it works
If you adapt the templates to your own voice and use them promptly rather than waiting until you are too frustrated to be measured, most difficult situations can be addressed without damaging the relationship. The timing guidance matters as much as the words.
Some clients are consistently difficult regardless of how well you handle individual situations. These templates help you manage those situations more professionally; they do not change the underlying dynamic.
